BRUNSWICK — William Van Twisk, a professional mediator, real estate broker and owner of Will Van Mediations and Brunswick Realty, has recently completed a specialized course in short sales and foreclosures conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of Realtors.

According to a news release, Van Twisk has been a real estate broker for 29 years and now is principally occupied in mediation practice, including mediating with homeowners and lenders in Maine’s Foreclosure Diversion Program, where the two fields intersect.
