PORTLAND — The Maine Baseball Hall of Fame is scheduled to induct 10 new members and honor a President’s Award recipient at its Induction Ceremony and Banquet, to be held Aug. 5 at the Holiday Inn By the Bay.
Among the 10 candidates is Brud Stover of West Bath, a Morse High School graduate who played on three American Legion state championship teams for Smith-Tobey Post of Bath and was an All- State selection in three sports while attending Bowdoin College.
The President’s Award recipient is Peggy Siegle of Brunswick, founder of Four Seasons Baseball and a pioneer in the development of indoor baseball facilities in Maine,
