BATH — Messalonskee High School outscored Morse 7-2 in the second half en route to a 13-9 girls lacrosse win over Morse on Monday.
Tori Field paced Morse (0-2 and scheduled to visit Lincoln Academy on Thursday) with four goals, while Ali Miller and Lauren Crosby had two each, and Christina Stuart (assisted by Shannon Rice) one.
Crystal Leavitt made five stops in goal for Morse, and Izzy Skinner made seven stops for Messalonskee, now 2-2.
Sarah Grenier scored four goals for the visiting Eagles and Mara Balboni added two scores.

Morse High School opened its season Saturday with a loss at Cony, which improved to 3-0.
In the Morse effort, Sadia Crosby had three goals and an assist, Lauren Crosby and Stuart (assist) two each, and Field (assist) and Miler one each.
In goal, Leavitt had four saves for Morse, while Katrina Duncan made eight stops for the Rams.
Amelia Diplock had six goals and Chelsea Begin five as Cony improved on an 8-6 halftime lead.
