PORTLAND — The Portland Sea Dogs (11-21) picked up a third straight victory with a 5-4 Eastern League baseball victory over the New Hampshire Fisher Cats on Wednesday at Hadlock Field.

The Sea Dogs swept the two-game series, and begin a seven-game roadtrip tonight at Trenton, N.J., against the Thunder.

Stolmy Pimentel (1-0) earned his first Double-A win in 18 starts, holding the Fisher Cats to two runs on five hits in six innings of work. He walked one and notched one strikeout.

Portland clubbed 13 hits, including a 3-for-4 performance from Juan Carlos Linares, who scored two runs and knocked in two to raise his batting average to .385.

Bryce Brentz was 2-for-4 and homered for the second straight.

Oscar Tejeda broke the tie for Portland when his single scored Daniel Butler.
