TOPSHAM — Mt. Ararat High School defeated Brunswick 7-6 in jayvee softball action on Saturday.
Fallon Fitzpatrick led the way with three singles, while Maggie Vaillancourt had a double, and Destiny Driver and Rachel Schoenberg added a single each.
Winning pitcher Erica Everette had two strikeouts, while Brunswick hurler Tammi Burgess struck out six.
Mary Sasso doubled for the Dragons, while Rachel Guindon, Miranda Dumont, Burgess, Brooke Cressey and Kristina Lajoie each singled.
