BOWDOIN COLLEGE’S annual Give-and-Go sale will take place Saturday. The sale features hundreds of items, ranging from clothing to furniture, vacuums, carpets, jewelry, books and — as this photo from a past year’s sale indicates — drinking vessels. The items are those donated or left behind by students or Bowdoin College community members at the end of the academic year. This year’s event, which includes 150 bicycles and 68 refrigerators, will benefit 21 local nonprofit groups participating in the collection and sale of the items. The sale will run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the former Times Record building at 6 Industry Road.
