OMAHA, Neb. — There are four former Long Reach Swim Club swimmers participating in the U.S. Olympic Trials swim meet June 25 to July 2.

Hailey Hewitt formerly of Brunswick, a four-year member of LRSC and a 2012 graduate of William and Mary College, will compete as an unattached swimmer in the 200-meter backstroke.

Niall Janney of Edgecomb, a sixyear member of LRSC, 2012 graduate of Harvard University and a current member of Crimson Aquatics in Cambridge, Mass., will compete in the 200 butterfly.

James Wells of Phippsburg and an 11-year member of LRSC, recently completed his sophomore year at Indiana University and will complete as a member of the Hoosiers team in the 100 and 200 backstroke.

Jessie Ellis-Alcaide of Harpswell, an eight-year member of LRSC and a member of South Florida Aquatics Club, will compete in the 50 and 100 freestyle, as well as the 100 butterfly.

And, Won Ho Chang, a two-year member of LRSC and a 2012 graduate of Hyde School-Bath, qualified to compete in the South Korean trials in the 100 and 200 butterflies, but is undecided on participating in the meet.
