SACO — The 67th New England Interscholastic Outdoor Track Championships were held Saturday at Thornton Academy.
Only a handful of Mid-coast region competitors attended.
Mt. Ararat High School’s Olivia Swan competed in the 300 intermediate hurdles and took 32nd in 50.84, while teammate Andy Reifman- Packett ran in the 160 meters and finished 16th in 4:35.80.
The Mt. Ararat boys’ 4 x 800 relay team of Seth Bryant, Jacob Demosthenes, Nathan McKenzie and Nathan Bryant wound up 24th in 8:29.12, and teammate McKenzie Gary ran in the 200, where he took 18th in 22.91.
The Freeport boys’ 4 x 800 relay foursome of Taylor Saucier, Harrison Stivers, Ian McGhie and Zach Merrill placed 29th in 8:34.70.
Lisbon standout Morgan Reeves competed in the boys pole vault and placed 16th (12-06). He also performed in the long jump where he placed 10th with a leap of 20-09.50.
