AT THE ANNUAL Kullen Memorial Golf Tournament, held June 22 at the Brunswick Golf Course, Bill Gibson (Class of 1969) carded a hole-in-one on the fourth hole. The hole was sponsored by Frank Goodwin’s Goodwin Motor Group, winning Gibson a new Chevy Cruze. Gibson was playing with his son, Jeremy Gibson, Bo McFarland and Ashmead White Director of Athletics Jeff Ward. The Kullen Memorial Golf Tournament was established by friends of Robert A. Kullen (’71), in memory of the former Bowdoin hockey All-American defenseman and co-captain.
