The lineup has been announced for the 2012 summer concerts at Mill Creek Park, held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8 p.m.

On July 18, The Mallett Brothers Band will take the stage. They are a six-piece alternative country/rock band best known for their high-intensity live performances. Rain date: July 19.

On July 25, it’s the Don Campbell Trio, led by one of Maine’s most popular singer-songwriters and multi-instrumentalists. The music is inspired by sources as diverse as the Celtic and Canadian Maritimes music of his family, to Dan Fogleberg and Vince Gill. Rain date: July 26.

On Aug. 1, it’s Tricky Britches, a high-energy string band that plays heel-stomping old-time fiddle tunes as well as a fusion of classic bluegrass, country and folk rock. Rain date: Aug. 2.

Motor Booty Affair comes on Aug. 8. They are always a crowd favorite, all the way from Funktar in their polyester threads and boogie shoes, here to bring you the DISCO favorites from the 70s. Rain date: Aug. 9.

On Aug. 15, it’s The Time Pilots, bringing ‘80s music with an attitude, polished vocals, guitar wizardry and authentic keyboard sounds. Rain date: Aug. 16.
