BATH — The Maine Educational Opportunity Center will host free workshops titled “Essentials of College Planning” for adults 19 and older at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Southern Midcoast Career- Center, 275 Bath Road, as well as at 10 a.m. July 10 and 24 at the Midcoast Center for Higher Education, 9 Park St.
