At about 2:15 p.m. Saturday, July 21, a white male wearing a ball cap, sunglasses and black hooded sweatshirt demanded oxycontin from the Walgreen pharmacy in North Windham and then fled in an unknown direction.
Windham police say no gun was displayed by the 5-foot-2-inch to 5-foot-4-inch tall suspect and that in-pharmacy cameras captured the robbery. No gun was displayed. Several patrons in the store, police said, were able to give accurate descriptions of the suspect.
As of Monday, no one has been arrested. Anyone with information is encouraged to call Detective Ray Williams at 892-2525.
