EMILY ANN BOWIE, a rising junior environmental science major at Dickinson College in

Carlisle, Pa., has been named to the dean’s list for the spring

2012 semester. A graduate of

Mt. Ararat High School, she is the daughter of Clayton and

Dorothy Bowie of Topsham. MATS HAALAND of Harpswell was named to the spring 2012 semester dean’s list at

Susquehanna University in

Selinsgrove, Pa. A rising senior majoring in history, Haaland is a 2009 graduate of Brunswick

High School and the son of

Susan and Christian Haaland.
