The Western Maine veterans’ advisory committee golf tournament, a benefit for residents of the Maine Veterans’ Home in South Paris, will be held at 9 a.m. Aug. 25. The cost for the scramble format tournament is $65, which covers a cart, a catered meal and products from local sponsors.
