BATH — Every year, the city, together with the Bath Community Development Office, hosts Bath Citizen Involvement Day, now in its 14th year.

Citizen Involvement Day, is Oct. 6 this year. It is part of Bath’s Autumnfest which offers many children’s activites, a craft show, merchant open houses, antique fire truck and trolley rides, and much more.

The celebration offers nonprofit organizations with programs that benefit Bath a chance to display their information to the public and get volunteers, and allows citizens to visit with participating organizations and learn about the great things they do. Awards are presented for Citizen of the Year, Community Spirit, Community Project and Youth awards.
