BRUNSWICK — Mildred Frances Eastman, 104, a resident of Maurice Drive in Brunswick, died Sept. 27 at Dionne Commons in Brunswick. She was born Aug. 12, 1908, in Boothbay, a daughter of Frank and Carrie (Knight) Webber. She was educated in Boothbay schools.

Eastman married Olen Eastman in Boothbay in 1929. They lived in Whitefield, Vt., but moved to Topsham in 1943 and finally settled in Brunswick 10 years later.

She worked at the Brunswick Dress Factory for 18 years, retiring in 1972. She continued her seamstress work out of her home for several years.

Eastman was active in the Berean Baptist Church of Brunswick for more than 50 years and helped out in the church nursery.

She was predeceased by her husband, several sisters and a brother.

She is survived by son Roger and his wife, Elaine, of Florida; son Leland
and his wife, Rebecca, of Palmdale, Calif.; son Earl and his wife, Beverly, of Topsham; nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-
grandchildren.

A memorial service was held Sept. 29 at the Berean Baptist Church in Brunswick, with the Rev. Mark Rockwood officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in the Rogers Cemetery, Topsham.
