To the Editor:

Veterans, we have one last assignment before we of World War II and Korea report to Post Everlasting: Vote the present administration out of business while we still have a chance to save our country.

In 78 years, a dozen presidents and a half-dozen wars, I have never been afraid for my country.

However, I join with others of my generation who have recently told me they are glad they have few yeard left to watch the breakdown of freedom and the destruction of a great country.

We know now what grandpa meant when he said you can’t make silk purses from sow’s ears. We can make one last effort for our grandkids and others. Let’s roll!
