
He leaves behind his dearest Liz (Anderson) of Brunswick, ME and their beloved pets Blue & Ollie and is survived by his father, Jody L. Jacobs of Brunswick, ME; mother, Debra L. (Rouillard) Turner of Travelers Rest, SC; grandfather, Paul Jacobs Jr. of Brunswick, ME; brother Jeremy L. Jacobs and his wife Tabitha of Cedar Park, TX; brother Caleb M. Jacobs of Topsham, ME; many aunts, uncles, and innumerable cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Kenneth “Ray”

June 2002; and grandmothers, Priscilla L.
Rouillard of Cedar
Park, TX in September
2012 and Martha L.
Jacobs of Brunswick,
ME in October 2012.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday,
January 5, 2013 from 4- 6 pm at Brackett Funeral Home, 29 Federal Street, Brunswick, ME.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been set up to assist the family with expenses. Contributions in memory of Sam can be made via PayPal to [email protected].
