
Mr. Kellett was employed at various places as a woodworker including Downeast Woodcrafters in Bath, and the Decoy Shop in Bowdoinham. He had also worked at Bath Iron Works, Jay Brush Corporation and had also done work on various lobster boats in the area.
Lawrence was a longtime member of the Bowdoinham Church of the Nazarene.
He was predeceased by his wife Sandra (Davis) Kellett who died in 2008, a brother Elmer Kellett and his sister Suzie Fogg.
Survivors include two sons, Raymond Kellett of Bowdoinham, David Kellett of Brunswick, two daughters, Debra Davis of Bowdoinham, Amy Hazelrigg of Uvalde, TX, two brothers, Emery Kellett of Liberty, ME, Robert Kellett of Bath, ME, nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be held from 2-4 PM on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the Brackett Funeral Home, 29 Federal Street, Brunswick. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 7, 2013 at the funeral home with Reverend Daniel Joyce officiating. Spring interment will be held in New Meadows Cemetery, Brunswick.
