CHANS Home Health Care and Mid Coast Health Services has announced an additional free seasonal flu vaccination clinic.

The clinic will be held 9 a.m. to noon and 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, at Mid Coast Senior Health Center, 58 Baribeau Drive.

State health officials said that influenza activity is expected to remain high for the next several weeks and strongly encourage vaccination for everyone 6 months and older.

Donations are suggested, but not necessary; no one will be turned away if unable to donate.
