PHIPPSBURG — Ruth D. Darling, 88, of Phippsburg, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2013. She was born in Bath, on August 15, 1924, the daughter of Freeland and Margaret (Getchell) King.
She married Leslie A Darling who passed away on May 25, 1996.
Ruth was a long time resident of Phippsburg, who everyone knew. She was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. She will be sadly missed by all that loved her.

At this time there will be no services. A graveside service will be held in the spring at Oak Grove Cemetery.
