Elaine Toher, president of the Scarborough Garden Club, will provide a program relating to the history and services that have been and continue to be the mission of this club.

Public hearing with local legislators, 7-8:30 p.m. at Cape Elizabeth Town Hall, with Sen. Rebecca Millett and and representatives Kimberly Monaghan-Derrig and Scott Hamann. To provide citizens an opportunity to share concerns, ask questions and learn about issues being addressed by the 126th Legislature.
