BATH — Sarah Greenier is offering an eight-week course in waterbased oil and acrylic painting, beginning Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to noon at her studio at 428 Middle St.

The class is designed for both beginning and intermediate students. Each class will start with a demonstration, as well as instruction in design, shapes, values and color temperature. Students will work from both still life subjects and photographs during the winter months.

Greenier is an award-winning oil painter and watercolorist who has exhibited her work widely within Maine and throughout New England.
