It’s great news Maine Yankee is getting $81.7 million for having to eat nuclear waste the federal government said it would handle.
Even better: Funds will be “used for the benefit of ratepayers.” We’ll be checking.
You know what would be really great? Ridding the coast of nuclear waste altogether.
You’d think the brightest minds in science could have figured out how to neutralize this stuff by now.
