Richard L. “Dick” Bell Sr., 74, was born on Oct. 31, 1938 in Ann Arbor, Mich.; he passed away on Jan. 21, 2013 at Tidewell Hospice in Palmetto, Fla. after a short battle with lung cancer. A burial will be held in late spring at the veterans’ cemetery in Springvale. An announcement will be made when the date is set.
