THOMASTON — Carol H. Tucker, 77, of Thomaston, Maine died on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockland of acute respiratory failure.
Carol was born May 1st, 1935 to Joseph and Lucille Brooks.
In 1952 Carol married Allen E. Held Sr. and with their three children traveled to many interesting places in his early Naval career settling in Brunswick where she spent most of her adult life.
In 1980 she married Walcott Tucker and enjoyed their life together until his death in 1996.
Carol is survived by her three children and their families. Allen E. Held Jr. of Thomaston, Joseph A. Held of Leonardtown, Maryland, and Lori L. Carlson of Alabama. Also surviving are ten grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Brackett Funeral Home, Brunswick.
