To the Editor:
It is very discouraging that people do not pick up their trash and/or recyclables that have been knocked over or torn up by animals while waiting for pickup on trash days. Our rural roads are littered by our own neighbors.
Earth Day is April 22. I encourage people to get out and clean up our rural parts of town.
