New pieces of the story of Malaga Island are coming to light in an ongoing museum exhibit in Augusta and at a forum in Bar Harbor on April 23.
We encourage people to check these exhibits out. Let’s educate ourselves about what led to the forced evictions of mixedrace communities from the island off Phippsburg in 1912.
