Elsie A. Richard, 99, of Sanford, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2013, at the Newton Center. Stella E. Taliento, 81, of Biddeford, died Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford, after a long illness.
