KITTERY (AP) — The next commander of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is about to take charge.
After 31/2 years at the helm, Capt. Bryan Fuller is stepping down. He is to be relieved by Capt. William Greene, who serves as the military deputy for shipyard operations at the Naval Sea Systems Command. Greene, a native of Ann Arbor, Mich., has served at Puget Sound, Wash., and Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
