Arrests

5/20 at 11:19 a.m. Alexander J. Boyle, 19, of Juniper Street, was arrested on High Street by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of unlawful possession of schedule Z drugs. Boyle was also issued a summons on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

5/20 at 4:07 p.m. Mark Cota, 54, of Potts Point Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Whiskeag Road by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence. Cota was later charged with theft and burglary for a separate incident.

5/21 at 5 p.m. Mark E. Johnson, 31, of Middle Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a probation hold and a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

5/23 at 10:10 p.m. Brandy S. Sichley, 33, of Court Street, was arrested on Court Street by Officer Mike Lever on two outstanding warrants.

5/23 at 11:46 p.m. Brendan Lake, 37, of Spinney Mill Road, Arrowsic, was arrested on Water Street by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of disorderly conduct. 

5/27 at 5:04 p.m. John D. MacLeod, 67, of Cousins Street, Yarmouth, was arrested on High Street by Officer Shaun Cavanaugh on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/20 at 11:19 a.m. Shawn A. Motley, 21, no address listed, was issued a summons on High Street by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

5/24 at 8:04 a.m. Sarah J. Becker, 38, of Middle Street, was issued a summons on High Street by Officer Rick Ross on a charge of operating with a suspended license.

5/24 at 1:35 p.m. Lara J. Barrett, 29, of Middle Street, was issued a summons on Middle Street by Officer Rick Ross on a charge of theft (shoplifting). 

5/25 at 12:51 p.m. Joseph H. Rhoads, 32, of Centre Street, was issued a summons on Pine Street by Officer Shaun Cavanaugh on charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

5/25 at 4:53 p.m. Donald N. Smith, 22, of Tower Circle, was issued a summons on Denny Road by Officer Shaun Cavanaugh on a charge of operating after suspension.

5/26 at 2:38 p.m. Water leak on Oak Grove Avenue.
