Police are looking for a man they say entered the Big Apple Store on Lisbon Street late Wednesday night, displayed a knife and demanded cash from the clerk.
Lisbon Police Detective Bill Tapley said a suspect entered the Big Apple Store at 634 Lisbon St., “brandished a knife and demanded cash from the clerk,” at approximately 11:31 p.m.
The suspect left the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was hurt during the incident.
The suspect — still at large this morning — was described as a white male possibly in his early 20s, approximately 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 150 to 160 pounds, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. His face was covered by a gray mask.
Anyone with information regarding the incident should contact the Lisbon Police Department at 353-2500.
