The YES! Summer Basketball League is registering boys and girls in grades 3-8 for its weeknights league. A skills assessment will be held Saturday, June 8, at the University of Maine’s Sullivan Gym in Portland. For more information, call 772-6644.
The Pirate Tri will be held Sunday, June 9, at Point Sebago Resort. The event is a sprint-distance triathlon and begins at 8:30 a.m. Proceeds will help send families to Camp Sunshine. The University of Maine football coaching staff will conduct a free youth and high school coaches clinic at 5 p.m. Thursday, June 13, at Alfond Stadium. Please register by June 10 by contacting Jordan Stevens at 581-1069 or jordan.stevens@umit.maine. edu. Walk-ups are also welcome.
