BRUNSWICK — A man was summonsed after allegedly exposing himself outside Curtis Memorial Library.
Police went to Pleasant Street around 1 p.m. after a woman reported that a man was standing on the sidewalk with his pants undone and his genitals visible, Brunswick Police Officer John Roma said Friday.
The woman saw the man walk behind the 7-Eleven farther down Pleasant Street. Police found Justin Eliason- Robbins, 24, a transient, and summonsed him on a charge of indecent conduct.
