MIAMI (AP) — Forecasters say Tropical Storm Barry is very close to Mexico’s Gulf Coast and nearly set to bluster ashore with winds and drenching rains.
The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami says the second tropical storm of the Atlantic hurricane season has sustained winds of nearly 45 mph and has just begun brushing close to the coast northwest of the port city of Veracruz.
