Arrests and Summonses

Thu Tran, 27, of 301 Brown St., Apt. 2, Westbrook, was arrested May 27 at 2:33 p.m. on Lower Main and Double L streets on a warrant for failure to appear on earlier charge of unpaid restitution. He was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland.

Logan L. Landry, 21, of 36 Litchfield Rd., was arrested May 27 at 3:47 p.m. on Wardtown Road and charged with domestic violence assault, reckless conduct and possession of marijuana. He was bailed from Freeport Police Department and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on June 18.

Salena Dewitt, 19, of 106 Runaround Pond Road, Durham, was detained May 26 at 4:54 p.m. at Mallett Drive and issued a summons for exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more. She was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court July 16.

Two juveniles, each 17, from Topsham and Freeport, were apprehended May 26 on Mallett Drive at 4:17 p.m. and issued summonses charging possession of marijuana. Each was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court July 10.

Jacob W. Wysocki, 21, of 220 Church Road, Pembroke, N.H., was detained May 24 at 5:41 p.m. on Mallett Drive and issued a summons for sale and use of drug paraphernalia and for a passenger or operator less than 18 years of age failing to wear a seat belt. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 16.

Jeffrey A. Cumming, 37, of 4 Harbor Ridge Road, was detained May 24 at 8:53 a.m. on Mallett Drive and issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court July 16.

Andrew S. Dao, 21, of 20 Curtis Rd., was detained May 17 at 10:45 p.m. on Curtis Road and issued a summons for possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 16.

Michelle L. Chaloult, 44, of 12 Estes Way, Eastbrook, was arrested May 17 at 12:42 p.m. at Main Street and Kendall Lane on a Maine State Police warrant for failure to pay fines from a previous charge of operating a motor vehicle after suspension. She was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland.

Joshua A. Soley, 18, of 201 Main St., was detained May 17 at 12:46 a.m. and issued a summons charging allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 16.

Evan Hench, 18, of 22 Cushing Briggs Road, was detained May 17 at 12:46 a.m. and issued a summons charging him with possession or consumption of liquor by a minor. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 16.

Cali Adams, 18, 12 Ware Rd., was detained May 17 at 12:46 a.m. and issued a summons charging possession or consumption of liquor by a minor. She was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 16.

Sawyer Williams, 18, of 121 Marquis Rd., was detained May 17 at 12:46 a.m. and issued a summons charging him with possession or consumption of liquor by a minor. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 16.

Francisco Valle, 31, of 28 Village View, was arrested May 15 at 8:59 a.m. at that address on a fugitive-fromjustice warrant from Florida and held pending extradition.

Andrea M. Clark, 27, of 19 Unity Lane, Apt. 19, was arrested May 11 at 11:05 p.m. at that address and charged with domestic violence criminal threatening. She was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 2.

Brendan J. Keating, 22, of 80 Raymond Road, Brunswick, was issued a summons May 9 at 5:55 p.m. after a vehicle accident on Pleasant Hill Road. He was charged with operating while intoxicated, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, and operating after license suspension. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 2.

Navy Man , 22, of 14 Glenwood Ave., Westbrook, was arrested May 8 at 2:04 p.m. at Prout Road and U.S. Route 1 on a Cumberland County Criminal Court warrant from a previous charge of failure to appear in court. Man also was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. He was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 2.

Robert A. Urquhart, 25, of 9 Captains Way, Apt. 1, Buxton, was issued a summons May 7 at 8:54 a.m. at Village View and charged with criminal trespass. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 2.

Alexander W. Chaffin, 24, of 11 Lisbon St., Lewiston, was arrested May 5 at 10:51 p.m. on Durham and Brown roads and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. Chaffin also was arrested on a warrant from Falmouth Police Department stemming from a previous charge of operating a motor vehicle after license suspension or revocation. He was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 16.

Arthur S. Pierce, 28, of 14 Walker Road, Woolwich, was issued a summons May 5 at 2:57 p.m. on Main Street and charged with unlawful drug possession. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 2.

Logan Sewall, 28, of 86 Court St., Apt. B, Bath, was issued a summons May 5 at 2:57 p.m. on Main Street and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfershoplifting. Sewall also was arrested on a West Bath District Court warrant for unpaid fines stemming from earlier charges of violating conditions of release and operating after suspension. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 2.

Christian D. Labonte, 18, of 365 Randall Road, Lewiston, was issued a summons May 5 at 10:45 a.m. on Main Street and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 2.

Amy L. Gagnon, 28, of 1728 Royalsborough Road, Durham, was issued a summons May 5 at 9:14 a.m. on Durham and Curtis roads and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. She was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 2.

Marco Edward Krauthamer, 24, of 12 Elm St., Apt. 5, was arrested May 3 at 11:14 a.m. on Main Street on a warrant from Skowhegan District Court for an earlier charge of failure to pay fines.

Jesse Mantsch, 39, of 101 Luther St., rear apartment, Peaks Island, was arrested May 3 at 6:44 p.m. at L.L. Bean on Main Street on a warrant for violation of a protective order. He was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 2.

Mikel David Verrill, 30, of 257 Old Brunswick Road., Durham, was issued a summons May 2 at 10:50 p.m. at Durham and Brown roads and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and speeding 15 to 19 mph over limit. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 2.

Troy Raymond Boucher, 23, of 60 Lucille Ave., Lewiston, was arrested May 1 at 10:52 a.m. on Bragdon Road and charged with violating conditions of release and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on July 2.
