MIAMI (AP) — Hurricane Dalila is drifting southwestward in the Pacific away from Mexico’s coast.

Dalila’s maximum sustained winds early today were near 75 mph. The hurricane is expected to begin slowly weakening Thursday.

Dalila is centered about 220 miles west-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico, and is moving southwest near 2 mph.
