Fallen trees and branches cover a truck and camper owned by Nancy and Alfred Byrnes of Michigan after a severe thunderstorm hit Freeport shortly after 7 p.m. on Friday, July 5, causing a great deal of damage at the Recompence Campground on Burnett Road. Several campers and vehicles were damaged by winds and downed trees, but no one was injured.
