Mitsubishi will soon be coming out with a small city car that is bound to be successful.
Japanese conglomerate Mitsubishi is making a very good name for itself in a diverse range of segments, including electronics, chemistry, transportation, banking, and more. Mitsubishi (the word means “three diamonds” in Japanese) is also among the world’s ten biggest car manufacturers. Here in the American market, the car company offers the unique-looking i- MiEV all-electric car. Soon buyers on these shores will be able to buy Mitsubishi’s small city car, which is sold as the Mirage in other parts of the world. At the moment, the only other car that Mitsubishi has on the market here is the very popular Lancer, which is available as a front- or all-wheeldrive sedan, a front- or all-wheel-drive hatchback, or even as a potent highperformance model called the Evolution. Mitsubishi’s other popular product is the Outlander SUV, a seven-passenger mid-sized truck that is available as an all-wheel vehicle powered by a fourcylinder or V-6 engine. The four-cylinder version can be ordered with an advanced CVT automatic transmission. The other small truck by this manufacturer is the compact RVR, which looks like a shortened Outlander. Available with a smaller four-cylinder engine, this sporty looking mini-SUV can carry five passengers and can be ordered with a fivespeed manual transmission or a very modern CVT transmission.
