Richard J. Bouffard, 72, of Old Orchard Beach, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. Raymond A. “Buddy” Gifun, 92, Old Orchard Beach’s oldest native born resident, formerly of Fern Park Avenue, died, Friday, July 12, 2013 at St. Andre’s Nursing Care Facility in Biddeford.

Mr. Gifun was born on Aug. 5, 1920 in Old Orchard Beach, a son of Arthur A. and Florence (Mayo) Gifun. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at the Old Orchard Beach Funeral Home, 36 Portland Ave., Old Orchard Beach. Last call for the Old Orchard Beach Fire Department will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at the fire station, corner of Saco Avenue and E. Emerson Boulevard in Old Orchard Beach, where he will ride on a fire truck to his final resting place, Dunstan Cemetery in Scarborough.
