CHELSEA (AP) — Two outof state teenagers are facing kidnapping charges in Maine for allegedly holding a man against his will.

Maine state police say Ricardo David Perry, 18, of East Stroudsburg, Pa., and Eugene Charleston, 19, of Bridgeport, Conn., are being held without bail at the Kennebec County jail.

Lt. David Tripp tells the Kennebec Journal it appears the male victim knew the suspects. His name was not disclosed.

Police responded to a Chelsea home at about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday after getting a call from the alleged victim who said he was being held against his will by possibly armed men.

Police were seen leaving the home with chairs covered in duct tape and rope. The investigation is ongoing.
