Charles E. Jenkins, 87, of Lebanon, passed away at his home on Friday, July 26, 2013. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. at the North Lebanon 2nd Baptist Church. Burial with military honors will take place at 12:30 p.m. at Oakdale Cemetery in Sanford. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider donations in his memory to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place West, 6th floor, Brookline, MA 02445-7226.
