BRUNSWICK — “Portion Distortion!” — a “portion control class” — will take place at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14 at People Plus, 35 Union St., Brunswick
Everyday Nutrition Associates LLC, which is offering the class, says portions of food have become larger in the last 20 years, and has tips and tools to help you manage.
The class will be led by Anita Huey, of Topsham, a registered dietitian and graduate of State University of New York at Plattsburg with a master’s in clinical exercise physiology from Northeastern University who has worked in Brunswick at Parkview Hospital and for the last 15 years with Martin’s Point Health Care.
