After a career in the Air Force, I have been assisting veterans and their families for 40 years. Veterans from all war periods and of all ages need help from Maine’s legislators. Paula Benoit, a candidate for state Senate District 19, is someone I know will be our champion. Paula is married to a Vietnam combat veteran; she knows our wants and our needs.
I’m also a senior citizen. Again, Paula will be there to make sure we’re treated with the respect we deserve. Paula Benoit is also a small-business owner. She understands what our young veterans returning from war will need to get their own business started.
Paula has a proven record; not only will she fight for the rights of veterans, but also she represents a strong voice for all citizens. I ask all veterans in District 19 to join me and vote for Paula Benoit.
