Candidates will get six minutes each to talk before they take questions from the floor.

At about 6:45 p.m., the grange will present a Spirit of America Award to Steve Musica for helping to get Richmond’s library project under way on the Main Street property where the former library stood.

The Grange said in a news release it is a grassroots, nonpartisan organization that supports only policies, never political parties or candidates.

The Times Record will hold a forum from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, at the Topsham Municipal Building, 100 Main St.
