BATH

Bath Community Television will go dark for several days during an abatement project that is expected to last to the end of September.

The Donald Small School, home of the Bath Recreation Department and Bath Community Television, is currently undergoing an abatement of asbestos-containing building materials and lead-based paint on exterior window casings. The project is funded, in part, by a U.S. EPA Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund Subgrant using funding received as part of an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

Bath Community Television is scheduled to be off the air Sept. 6-16. The Bath Recreation Department will be open, but is expected to move to the top floor.
