Irene Bordage, 78, died after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013 in Boston. A memorial service will be held on Sept. 15 at 11 a.m. at the Miniutti Hayes home, 139 Campground Road in Arundel.

Lucille Y. McDonald, 92, a longtime resident of Sanford, died Aug. 31 at Huntington Common in Kennebunk. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Church of St. Thérèse of Lisieux Parish, 66 North Ave. in Sanford. Clayton L. “Clayt” Valley, 98, died Aug. 29 at his home in Waterboro, of natural causes.
