9/1 at 3:30 a.m. Timothy Lewis, 36, of Dummer Street, was arrested by Officer Brett McIntire on Dummer Street on a charge of violation of condition of release.

9/2 Zachary Lambert, 21, of Carriage House Lane, was issued a summons by Officer Jason Aucoin on Lark Street on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
