TOPSHAM — Frances S. Payne passed away at home surrounded by her family, as she wished on September 13, 2013.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 21, 2103, in Rogers Cemetery, Cathance Road in Topsham, with the Rev. Ron McLaughling officiating. In lieu of sending flowers, please make donations in Frances’ memory to the Independence Association, 87 Baribeau Drive, Brunswick, ME 04011.
