The group, which is sponsored by the church’s Mission Committee, is open to anyone grieving the death of a loved one. Monday, Oct. 28: A rabies clinic will be held at Standish Town Hall, 175 Northeast Road, in the Sebago Lake Room 5-6 p.m. $10 per pet. Cash only. Bring previous rabies certificate. Dogs on leashes and cats in cages. The town clerk will also be there to license dogs if anyone wishes to do so. She will accept cash or checks. No credit cards.

• Attention crafters: the Vendredi Club of Casco is having its third annual craft fair on Nov. 3. at Crooked River School on Route 11 in Casco. The fair features a wide variety of hand-crafts and has space for more crafters who would like to have their unique craft included.
